I. Features of Three-Piece Ball Valves
The three-piece ball valve is a relatively common type of ball valve. Its valve body is cast using technology introduced from Taiwan, featuring a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy operation. The valve stem uses a bottom-mounted structure with a reverse seal, so the valve stem will not be pushed out in case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity. Three-piece ball valves are highly suitable for working conditions that require strict shut-off, such as in petroleum, chemical industry, and urban water supply and drainage. Drive modes: manual, electric, pneumatic. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation.
II. Applications of Three-Piece Ball Valves
Suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0～4.0MPa and operating temperature of -29～180℃ (with reinforced PTFE seals) or -29～300℃ (with polyphenylene seals), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
